How to Use:

Placement: Lay the acupressure mat on a flat surface such as a bed, couch, or the floor. Place the pillow where it supports your neck or any target area.
Begin Gradually: Start with 5–10 minutes of use daily, gradually increasing to 20–30 minutes as you become more comfortable. Use a thin cloth between your skin and the spikes if you are a beginner or have sensitive skin.
Positioning:
For back relief, lie down on the mat with the pillow under your neck.
For feet, stand barefoot on the mat for a few minutes.
For other areas, use the mat or pillow on targeted muscle groups.
Breathing: Practice deep, relaxed breathing to maximize the therapeutic benefits.

Care Instructions:

Cleaning: Spot clean using a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or immerse in water to preserve the foam interior.
Drying: Allow the mat and pillow to air dry completely before storing.
Storage: Roll or fold the mat and pillow and store them in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
